Accelerate your potential.
Preserve your DNA.

Metrallia is the group that gives independent Quality & Safety operators the scale of a European player, without making them lose what makes them valuable: their name, their teams, and their proximity to their customers.

What we bring you

What doesn't change

Joining Metrallia is not an industrial takeover. Your business keeps what makes it valuable.

Your brand, your identity and your story are preserved. Your teams stay in place. Your clients keep working with the same people they always have, with full continuity of service. You stay in charge of day-to-day operations.

The group brings resources and a framework — not a centralised approval chain.

Why Metrallia , why now?

The European Quality & Safety services market is built on tens of thousands of independent operators, the vast majority of which are run by founders nearing succession or looking to accelerate their growth. Two options currently dominate for these companies: acquisition by a large international group that absorbs the brand and restructures the service, or sale to a fund that plans to resell the business five years later.

We built Metrallia as a third way: a patient shareholder, with no exit strategy, that provides the resources of a large group without imposing centralisation. So that the businesses that have taken thirty years to build their reputation can continue to do so, under their own name, for the next thirty years.

The steps to join us

1. Initial exchange : A confidential, no-obligation conversation between us. The objective: to understand your laboratory, your history, your ambitions, and to explain to you in concrete terms how Metrallia works.

2. Letter of intent : If the exchange is positive on both sides, we quickly formalize a letter of intent with a valuation and the main principles of the operation (governance, reinvestment methods, etc.).

3. Targeted Audit : Our due diligence is intentionally brief and focused on the issues that matter: the quality of your customer base, accreditation scope, upcoming capital expenditures, and key personnel. Financial, legal, and technical work is conducted in parallel, in close collaboration with your advisors.

4. Closing & Integration : Welcome to the group!

Indicative timeframe: between 2 and 6 months between the first exchange and the closing .

We are committed to respecting your constraints and guaranteeing complete visibility at every stage.
