Information collected via the contact form (first name, last name, email address) is processed for the purpose of responding to your enquiries and, where applicable, initiating discussions in the context of a potential combination with Metrallia.

Data controller: Metrallia, whose contact details appear in section 1.

Legal basis for processing: the legitimate interest of the data controller in responding to incoming enquiries (article 6.1.f of the GDPR), or the explicit consent of the data subject where such consent is collected.

Recipients: the data is strictly reserved for the internal use of Metrallia and its affiliates. It is not sold, rented or transferred to any third party for commercial purposes.

Retention period: data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last incoming contact, except where a longer retention period is required by law or justified by a legitimate interest in the context of an ongoing business relationship.

Confidentiality of incoming enquiries: information shared by laboratory leaders exploring a potential combination with Metrallia is handled in strict confidence and is only disclosed to team members directly involved in evaluating the project.

Your rights: in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the amended French Data Protection Act, you have the right at any time to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to issue directives regarding the fate of your data after your death.
